It's happening!! Heart Leaders is coming!!
We’ve been quietly working away on something in the background that is close to our hearts – a leadership programme for brave, optimistic leaders.
What is Heart Leaders?
Heart Leaders is a 6 month virtual leadership programme starting in January 2026, designed for leaders/managers who want to:
- Understand themselves and how they show up and lead.
- Set crystal clear expectations and tackle what we tolerate.
- Create psychological safety and belonging within teams.
- Have brave conversations, even when it's hard - especially when it's hard.
- Create leadership experiences with generosity, care and bravery.
- Stay adaptable in a world that's brittle, anxious, non-linear and often incomprehensible.
Who's it for?
This isn’t just any leadership programme. It’s going to be a community and an experience. It will be action focused with practical tools to take away and use after each module, and there will be support and accountability in equal measure.
This is for individuals (in-house versions are available too) who want to be ready for what the future of leadership looks like.
We’re running a small beta group first – a reduced price, limited places and a chance to be part of shaping this from the start.
