Wired Differently: Neurodiversity Awareness

This session builds understanding, empathy and confidence when supporting neurodivergent colleagues. We explore a range of neurodivergent experiences and look at what this means in day-to-day working life. We also shine a light on some of the challenges often overlooked or misunderstood, such as executive dysfunction, rejection sensitive dysphoria, and emotional dysregulation.
Participants will leave with:
- A stronger awareness of different neurodivergent conditions
- Practical ways to create an inclusive and supportive environment
- Increased confidence in having open, thoughtful conversations

Wired Differently: Awareness to Action (for Managers)

Designed specifically for leaders and managers, this workshop takes the learning from our awareness session and turns it into confident, everyday action.
Participants will leave with:
- A practical recap of key neurodiversity foundations
- Your responsibilities under the Equality Act and recent relevant case law
- What effective reasonable adjustments look like in different roles and contexts
- A hands-on scenario-based session where we work through real workplace situations and explore how to support colleagues well
Participants will also receive practical tools, templates and resources they can use straight away.
