UK
Heart Leadership works across the UK — in the room, on site, delivered in person. We also run virtual programmes for teams who need us wherever they are.
We work across every sector, because culture doesn't care what industry you're in.
Charities, manufacturing, logistics, legal, finance, the build environment, local government – we’ve been in the room with all of them. The problems look different on the surface. Underneath, they’re the same: people trying to work well together, led by someone who has to make that happen.
Services
Mergers & Acquisitions
We help organisations with all aspects of M&A work from a culture perspective from due diligence to integration support. When two teams become one, the culture doesn't merge on its own - someone has to coach it there. We work with you through the run up, the announcement, the integration and the messy middle.
Leadership & Management Development
Everything from executive coaching to bespoke development programmes. If you want to make brilliant leadership your competitive advantage, we've got you. Everything we build is based on your needs.
Culture diagnostics
How does it feel to work in your organisation? Our diagnostics dig deep to reveal what's really going on, including what's going well and what needs to shift. We'll get under the bonnet and then give you a 12-month roadmap telling you where to focus your time. Don't worry - we don't just leave you there, we also offer implementation support if you need it.
Heart Academy
Want some Learning & Development (L&D) support? We can help you with a L&D strategy, and then the design and delivery of an academy that is bespoke to your organisation.
Insights Discovery
We're practitioners of this world famous psychometric. Here we help individuals and teams gain clarity on ow they show up, communicate, and collaborate. The results are stark, every single time.
What's coming up?
Culture Camp Chester: One day. Big energy. Brilliant minds coming together. A day to make sure that inclusion stays in the conversation.
What our clients say
What a day that was. There were many heartfelt moments, laugh-out-loud moments and so many real life, inspirational stories shared. The day was moving and optimistic in equal measures. Stories and valuable insights were shared about workplace culture, marginal gains, coaching conversations, supporting grief in the workplace, wellbeing, inclusivity, generational diversity and listening deeply to our colleagues.
What an amazing day! And what an incredible community that’s been created. I keep remembering nuggets of wisdom and inspiration – an inspired panel of speakers. Most of all though, I was struck by the atmosphere and the feeling in the room. That is a testament to your partnership: authentic, caring, intentional, aligned. A living example of what is possible for us all. It all starts with ‘who’ so I acknowledge you Gemma and Hetal. Thanks for who you are being in the world.
Culture Camp was a genuinely special day – one of the highlights of my year. I walked in and immediately felt like I’d found my tribe. It wasn’t just the connection and belonging (although that alone would have been enough).
The learning from the day was immediately transferrable into my work. Across six speakers, from six different perspectives, the key takeaway message was simple – inclusion isn’t the soft stuff sitting alongside performance, it’s the condition that determines performance.
Each speaker made the links impossible to miss and I left with a real connect the dots moment I’m still thinking about.
Gemma and Hetal have created something rare – community, belonging and serious learning in equal measure.
The warm fuzzy feeling I picked up when I walked into the room is still with me.
Something about the room at Culture Camp by Heart Leadership felt different. It felt like rooting for eachother. Like community. Like getting uncomfortable facing into the hard stuff in one moment, and roaring with laughter in the next. Gemma and Hetal are building something different: where the stuff that actually changes how we work together takes centre stage. Where it’s not an add on to our work, but that it’s actually the foundation of it. But it’s not just what they do, it’s how they do it. They are authentic, courageus, vulnerable. Theiy bring their whole selves to work, and it shows. We all feel it. We feel part of something. Culture Camp gave us (much needed) hope, and practical tools to do something with it.
I would strongly advise anyone who values culture, authentic leadership, and brave conversations with the goal of developing high performance teams attends Culture Camp 2027. Gemma and Hetal have created something really special and it’s a privilege to be a part of it.
I really enjoyed working closely with Gemma and Heart Leadership to create a bespoke Line Manager programme that has equipped our managers with practical tools and insights to lead themselves more effectively and bring out the best in their people. Feedback has been really positive, with participants sharing that they more intentionally self-regulate, have stronger communication and feedback skills, and a greater focus on wellbeing and continuous improvement. The programme has helped our managers recognise that small changes in everyday moments can have a significant impact on the experience and performance of their teams.
Heart Leadershiop delivers training with real emotional intelligence – no jargon, just thoughtful, engaging sessions that have become a core part of MSB’s culture. From trainees to partners, the feedback is unanimous, this is the most impactful development training we’ve had.
Harrison Drury is a values-based law firm who put our people at the heart of everything we do. When a business looks to invite an external consultant to partner with them to deliver training directly to their people, it can feel like a huge leap of faith. I am pleased to say that we had no such concerns when engaging with Heart Leadership as it was clear from my first meeting that, as non-practicing solicitors they understood our sector, had a genuine interest in learning about the culture we had built at HD, and were enthusiastic about learning more to make sure their approach would only enhance this further.
We were very impressed with how quickly the Heart Team understood our culture and what we were looking to achieve when it came to the learning and development of our people. We have engaged with Heart Leadership to deliver several programmes in the last 12-18 months and we hope for this to continue in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Heart Leadership to any business.
Wilson Nesbitt has partnered with Heart Leadership over the past 12–18 months to deliver bespoke learning and development programmes for colleagues at every level of our business, and we look forward to continuing that partnership.
Hetal takes the time to understand our organisation and designs thoughtful and tailored programmes that address the specific needs of our people. The sessions have covered a wide range of topics, all with practical relevance and lasting value.
Gemma is an exceptional facilitator. She delivers every session with authenticity and warmth, combining a unique understanding of people and the legal profession. Her training is engaging and highly relatable. She creates an environment where people feel comfortable to participate and grow.
The impact has been visible across our entire business. Our colleagues have grown in confidence both professionally and personally, developed practical skills they use every day, strengthened relationships with colleagues across the firm, and feel empowered to take ownership of their own career development. Heart Leadership has helped embed a culture where learning is seen as a key driver of collaboration and long-term success.
There’s something really special about being in a room full of people who still believe in doing the right thing – even when it’s hard. Culture Camp is exactly that. Brave conversations, honest reflections, big questions about what leadership looks like now.
