Something about the room at Culture Camp by Heart Leadership felt different. It felt like rooting for eachother. Like community. Like getting uncomfortable facing into the hard stuff in one moment, and roaring with laughter in the next. Gemma and Hetal are building something different: where the stuff that actually changes how we work together takes centre stage. Where it’s not an add on to our work, but that it’s actually the foundation of it. But it’s not just what they do, it’s how they do it. They are authentic, courageus, vulnerable. Theiy bring their whole selves to work, and it shows. We all feel it. We feel part of something. Culture Camp gave us (much needed) hope, and practical tools to do something with it.

We were delighted to partner with Heart Leadership, led by Gemma Ellison, to deliver a leadership programme for all of our line managers at GM Moving.
From the outset, Gemma demonstrated exceptional care and attention in planning the programme. She took the time to truly get to know our organisation, our people, our challenges, and our ambitions, which made the content feel relevant, tailored, and impactful from day one. The standard and quality of delivery were exceptionally high, striking the right balance between practical tools and meaningful reflection.

I really enjoyed working closely with Gemma and Heart Leadership to create a bespoke Line Manager programme that has equipped our managers with practical tools and insights to lead themselves more effectively and bring out the best in their people. Feedback has been really positive, with participants sharing that they more intentionally self-regulate, have stronger communication and feedback skills, and a greater focus on wellbeing and continuous improvement. The programme has helped our managers recognise that small changes in everyday moments can have a significant impact on the experience and performance of their teams.
