What our clients say
There’s something really special about being in a room full of people who still believe in doing the right thing – even when it’s hard. Culture Camp is exactly that. Brave conversations, honest reflections, big questions about what leadership looks like now.
Heart Leadershiop delivers training with real emotional intelligence – no jargon, just thoughtful, engaging sessions that have become a core part of MSB’s culture. From trainees to partners, the feedback is unanimous, this is the most impactful development training we’ve had.
Partnering with Heart Leadership has been one of the most impactful leadership investments we’ve made at Peel Ports Group. LEAD Forward has delivered exceptional results, demonstrating the strongest progression across our talent pipeline, the highest retention of high-potential colleagues, and significant internal movement into broader roles and leadership positions.
The quality of facilitation, professionalism and genuine care shown by the Heart Leadership team is outstanding. Participant feedback has been consistently exceptional, and the impact has been so significant that we have expanded our leadership offering, developing both a new Emerging Talent programme and an enhanced Strategic Leadership programme in continued partnership with the team.
Heart Leadership don’t just deliver programmes, they help transform leaders, strengthen organisational capability, and create lasting impact. I’m excited to continue working with them, massive shout out to Gemma, Hetal and the whole team!
Culture is truly the heart of an organisation. It can make or break what your organisation stands for. Gemma and Hetal have built something truly special with Heart Leadership, which is much needed. Especially in the legal profession. It was a real privilege to attend.
2026 has seen the exciting launch of the Heart Leadership Academy within Saffery Trust. The large catalogue of essential skills on offer from Heart has given us plenty of material to work with and Gemma’s excellent delivery has given us a new perspective on similar topics we might previously have covered, with thought provoking examples and opportunities for reflection and engagement. Gemma’s style is inclusive, engaging and relaxed and we have seen her professionally manage the training for staff at all levels, offering a mix of both in-person and virtual sessions. All the material is designed for personal development but includes a wellbeing element which is something we at Saffery Trust are keen to endorse culturally.
I think my brain grew three sizes throughout the course of the day. It was so lovely to be part of an engaging group of leaders wanting to improve the world of working for everyone.
What Gemma and Hetal are building with Heart Leadership is something rare. It’s not an add-on. It’s a reimagining. A space where courage, vulnerability, and joy are part of the agenda, not just the atmosphere.
I would strongly advise anyone who values culture, authentic leadership, and brave conversations with the goal of developing high performance teams attends Culture Camp 2027. Gemma and Hetal have created something really special and it’s a privilege to be a part of it.
As a new business, Gravity is a blank canvas in every aspect – including our culture. From the beginning, we recognised that culture would be fundamental to our success, and engaging Heart Leadership to help shape it has been one of our best business decisions to date.
Heart Leadership expertly facilitated Round Table discussions with both our leadership team and the wider staff, challenging our understanding of culture, the application and interpretation of values, and the importance of flexiblity in both culture and infrastructure. Their insights provided clarity, direction, and a solid foundation on which to build. The output and recommendations from these sessions will serve as the very fabric of how we shape our culture moving forward.
We are incredibily grateful for Heart Leadership’s guidance and highly recommend them to any organisation looking to develop a culture that is intentional, adaptable and aligned with their vision.
Something about the room at Culture Camp by Heart Leadership felt different. It felt like rooting for eachother. Like community. Like getting uncomfortable facing into the hard stuff in one moment, and roaring with laughter in the next. Gemma and Hetal are building something different: where the stuff that actually changes how we work together takes centre stage. Where it’s not an add on to our work, but that it’s actually the foundation of it. But it’s not just what they do, it’s how they do it. They are authentic, courageus, vulnerable. Theiy bring their whole selves to work, and it shows. We all feel it. We feel part of something. Culture Camp gave us (much needed) hope, and practical tools to do something with it.
